EdWorks is focused on answering the national call to build high-performing high schools that dramatically improve students’ ability to achieve success in a global economy. As a not-for-profit, fee-for-service entity, EdWorks seeks to build high-performing high schools supported by effective local and state systems. EdWorks has five fundamental beliefs:

Technical Assistance Coach
The Technical Assistance Coaches are deployed in the field to provide technical assistance to the instructional and leadership staff of schools by guiding them through the implementation of the EdWorks Model for High School Improvement. All coaches are trained directly by the primary designers of the EdWorks Model, and a primary responsibility will be ensuring fidelity to implementation design and continued updating of knowledge and skills based on lessons learned.
