Andrea Mulkey offers more than a decade of program management expertise in the nonprofit and public sectors. At EDWorks, Andrea assisted the State University of New York with the redesign and implementation of 23 Smart Scholars Early College High Schools with a grant from the New York State Education Department. Andrea also managed the Ohio Early College High School Network, an initiative of nine Fast Track early college high schools launched by KnowledgeWorks and EDWorks. Andrea worked with Project GRAD Ohio, a former subsidiary of KnowledgeWorks. During her tenure with Project GRAD, Mulkey successfully managed grants to network sites and Ohio school districts including Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus and Lorain, in addition to assisting with the development of pipeline cities including, Dayton and Youngstown.
