An Online Community for Educators
All sites partnered with EDWorks have access to our online community called The Educator’s Knowledge Network (EKN). This website was launched as a strategy to help educators work differently in order to transform education from the inside.
The goals of EKN are to:
- Increase teacher professionalism, engagement, learning and fulfillment of practical requirements, empowerment, efficiency and preparation for an ever-evolving future
- Increase student achievement
- Foster educational reform that sticks and has meaning
EKN is a web portal targeting multiple audiences: teachers, administrators and EDWorks staff. From this online community, all of audience members can network and share resources with others in their school as well as with other EDWorks partner schools.
