Strands:
Based on our past experiences with high schools and school districts, EdWorks has developed a portfolio of services that has a demonstrable impact on all high schools. Specifically, EdWorks offers three different strands of school design:
- Redesign - Partnering with districts and states to create high-performing high schools at scale through rigorous, relevant curriculum and instruction and a professional development system that reaches every teacher.
- STEM - Empowering high schools to provide an intense focus on preparing students for academic and professional futures in science, technology, engineering, and math. EdWorks' STEM school design can be adapted to any learning setting.
- Early College High School - Making postsecondary education an achievable goal for all students through a rigorous curriculum program that provides students up to 60 hours of dual-credit opportunities over a four-year high school experience.
